HELD – April 2025

I wrote HELD during one of the hardest seasons of my life—when sleep was elusive, anxiety was loud, and God felt quiet. These prayers and reflections came from real, raw nights when I didn’t have the strength to be “strong.”

Recently, I found myself there again.
My anxiety surged—racing thoughts, sleepless nights, and panic so intense it led to hospital visits. The weight of transition, grief, and uncertainty felt overwhelming.

This book wasn’t written from a mountaintop. It was born in the valley—through breath prayers, whispered Scripture, and a trembling faith that God still saw me.

My hope is that HELD meets you in your own valley. That it offers space to exhale, reconnect, and remember: you are not alone, and God hasn’t left you.

COMING FALL OF 2025
Why The Strength of Sincerity?

Leadership today is riddled with burnout, fragmentation, and a culture of pretense. Too many leaders feel the pressure to perform, project confidence, and hide their struggles—yet the strongest leaders are not those who posture but those who lead with sincerity. The Strength of Sincerity is not just another leadership book; it’s a call to reclaim the power of humility, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection in a world that desperately needs it.

Through personal stories, biblical insights, and the Connective Mirror framework, this book will help you cultivate trust, navigate conflict with grace, and lead with a presence that draws people in rather than pushing them away. If you’re tired of surface-level leadership advice and are ready to embrace a model that strengthens both your heart and your influence, The Strength of Sincerity is for you. Whether you’re a CEO, pastor, or mentor, this book will equip you to lead with a depth that transforms not just your leadership, but your life.

(TEMPORARY BOOK COVER)

Making Leadership human again
Courage. Connection. Character.

Courage

“Leadership begins with stepping into the unknown.”

True leaders face challenges head-on, embracing uncertainty with quiet strength and conviction. Courage is the foundation of clarity through the chaos.

Connection

“Leadership thrives in relationships.”

The most impactful leaders foster trust and build meaningful relationships. Connection transforms conflict into collaboration and isolation into empowerment.

Character

“Leadership is grounded in who you are.”

Authentic leadership flows from integrity, humility, and resilience. Character inspires others to follow and creates a legacy of lasting impact.

The Leadership Mentor – Clarity in the Chaos

Leadership today isn’t just about guiding others—it’s about navigating complexity, embracing change, and staying grounded in the messiest of moments. It’s not easy. The constant demands, shifting expectations, and weight of responsibility can leave you feeling stuck, isolated, and even questioning your own abilities. Imposter syndrome creeps in, and you find yourself wondering if you’re truly equipped to lead through it all.

As a Leadership Mentor, I’ve spent years walking alongside leaders through difficult, messy moments. My role isn’t about quick fixes or pretending to have all the answers. Instead, it’s about listening deeply, reflecting honestly, and moving forward with clarity and purpose—together. My greatest joy is helping leaders untangle complexities, find genuine connection, and confidently take their next steps.

THE CONNECTIVE MIRROR

The Connective Mirror: A Framework for Healing and Growth

The Connective Mirror offers a compassionate and transformative pathway forward. It is not another set of leadership strategies to master but a lens for rediscovering connection—with yourself, with others, and with your calling.

This framework helps leaders navigate the inner and outer complexities of leadership by cultivating four essential spaces:

  1. Shared Space: Where sincerity is expressed and trust is built through transparency and mutual understanding.
  2. Humble Space: Where leaders invite feedback and accountability to uncover blind spots and grow relationally.
  3. Vulnerable Space: Where hidden fears and struggles are courageously shared, deepening trust and authenticity.
  4. Discovery Space: Where curiosity and self-awareness lead to personal transformation and a renewed sense of purpose.

These spaces provide a way to bridge the fragmentation many leaders feel, fostering wholeness and connection in their relationships, teams, and inner lives.

The Power of Self-Disclosure and Reflective Feedback

The Power of Self-Disclosure and Reflective Feedback

Too often, we either get consumed by unchecked thoughts or silence them entirely. Ignoring them may seem like the safer option—after all, overanalyzing can lead to self-doubt. But the danger of not listening to ourselves at all is that we become disconnected from our own emotions, motives, and even our calling. We risk leading from a place of reaction rather than reflection.

While speaking truth to ourselves is essential, a sincere leader requires something deeper—it demands a willingness to listen with discernment and lead with wisdom before engaging with others.
